What is Kaspersky?
Kaspersky is a cybersecurity software provider. Digital Genius 360 is an independent authorized reseller of Kaspersky consumer products — we are not Kaspersky.
Which Kaspersky plans do you sell?
The current Kaspersky consumer line-up: Kaspersky Standard, Kaspersky Plus and Kaspersky Premium. Standard covers core security; Plus adds privacy, password and performance tools; Premium adds identity protection, Smart Home Monitor, 24/7 Remote IT Support and Kaspersky Safe Kids.
Are the prices shown introductory prices?
Yes. Kaspersky publishes an introductory price for the first term with a higher renewal price afterwards. Both figures are shown against each plan so you can see the real saving and the real renewal cost.
How many devices can I protect?
The published price on this site covers 1 device for 1 year. For 3, 5 or 10 device licences, or multi-year terms, contact us for a quote from our authorized distributor price list.
Which operating systems are supported?
Windows, macOS, Android and iOS. Check Kaspersky's system requirements page for the exact supported versions.
How do I receive my activation information?
Once your order is fulfilled, your activation code appears in your account under My Licenses. It is never shown publicly or included in full in an email.
How do I activate Kaspersky?
Download the official Kaspersky app, install it, then sign in or enter your activation code. The full steps are on our How It Works page.
Can I renew my subscription?
Yes. Renew from the Renewal page or from My Products in your account. Renewal is at the renewal price current at that time, not the introductory price.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Protection features stop updating. Renew before the expiry date shown against your licence to stay covered.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash on Delivery is currently the only payment method offered by Digital Genius 360.
Do you sell physical products?
No — these are digital subscriptions. There is no physical shipment.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Kaspersky states a 30-day money-back guarantee on its own India site. Refunds through Digital Genius 360 follow our Refund Policy and require confirmation from the authorized distributor.
